Youth
Group Camping Opportunities |
A
Unique Outdoor Experience
The camping experience for organized youth groups is enhanced by our
many historical and natural learning opportunities. There are seven
historic structures on the property, including the house in which
Daniel Boone was born and raised. Guided Tours of the Boone House
are offered daily Tuesday through Sunday. Our nearly six hundred
acres also cover a broad range of woodland and wetland environments,
and provide an excellent opportunity for children to study
ecosystems and a wide variety of plant and animal species. There is
also a sensory trail maintained by the Amity Lions Club. |
