Internship Opportunities
Interns at the Daniel Boone Homestead (DBH) experience first-hand what it takes to run a historical site and how to develop interpretive programs for both the general public and school groups. Join us in preserving and interpreting this great historical site! We are happy to work with you to develop a program that meets both the site’s needs and the requirements of your department.
Internships are unpaid and available year-round to students pursuing both undergraduate and graduate degrees in related fields (history, museum studies, education, etc). Please e-mail your name, college/university, specific internship requirements, and a brief statement of interest describing what you hope to gain from an internship at the DBH, potential projects, and any other relevant information to info@danielboonehomestead.org.
