Guided & Self-guided Tours
The Friends of the Daniel Boone Homestead (FDBH) offers guided tours of the interior of the Boone House. With these tours, a knowledgeable tour guide (often in period dress!) takes visitors inside the Boone House to learn more about its architecture, the uses of various rooms, and 18th-century life in the Oley Valley. Guided tours last approximately 45 minutes. Please call (610) 582 - 4900 for specific tour times!
The FDBH also offers a self-guided tour of the historic area. This tour allows visitors to explore the exteriors of each historic structure and to experience the historical area at their own pace. Self-guided tour maps are provided at the visitor center’s information/ticket desk. |
